Interested parties may fill in the JMM Offer of Artifact Form (please refer to the Website of the Department of Museums Malaysia) and email it to the Collections Administration Division, Department of Museums Malaysia.
The Conservation Administrative Division does not render refurbishment services to individuals. However, the Division may provide advisory services and prior approval is required from the Director General of the Department of Museums Malaysia.
The authenticity of any collection or objects is under the jurisdiction of the Committee of Artifact Evaluation and Collection Administrative Division.The Conservation Administrative Division only handles coordination, provide advisory services, condition evaluation and upkeep of the artifacts in the repository and open spaces especially those owned by the Department of Museums Malaysia and other related museum agencies.
The Natural History Museum is temporarily not operational until further notice by the Department of Museums Malaysia through its website and social media.
