Payment for Optical Media Purchases (VCDs and DVDs)

1. Please enter Contact Number in Contact Number field. (Mandatory)

2. Please enter VCD/DVD Code Number in VCD/DVD Code Number. (Mandatory). E.g. VCD123E

3. Please enter VCD/DVD Quantity in Quantity field. (Mandatory)

4. Amount is subject to price and quantity of VCD/DVD. e.g: VCD/DVD Price : RM 10.00 Quantity : 2, Amount to be key-in : RM20.00

6. Kindly update your mailing address in bankislam.biz for VCD/DVD delivery
