The Virtual Exhibition of the Natural History Museum is a digital initiative that presents the museum visit experience through a new, interactive approach that is accessible online. Through this virtual exhibition platform, the public has the opportunity to explore selected specimen collections from the Natural History Museum, Department of Museums Malaysia, anytime and from anywhere. Visitors can not only browse fauna and flora specimens displayed in 3D, complete with specimen information, but also watch videos related to the specimen preservation work carried out by museum staff.
