How to get here

We are located at Jalan Damansara, 50566 Kuala Lumpur. Department of Museums Malaysia is situated nearby Muzium Negara (National Museum).

For Pedestrians

We are 10 minutes walking distance away if you are near Masjid Negara and Kuala Lumpur Railway Station.

By Private Vehicle

We provide ample parking space for cars and buses. Parking ticket is RM2.00 per entry.

By Public Bus Service

Board the RapidKL bus No.115 (KL City Shuttle RM2 per day) at Central KL.

KL Hop-in Hop-Off bus service is also available. For KL Hop-in Hop-Off bus, Muzium Negara is located at bus stop no 12.

You can also step down at the Jalan Travers bus stop and walk to Department of Museums Malaysia.

By KTM Commuter, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line (Previousy known as Putra LRT) and KL Monorail

Disembark from your train at KL Sentral station, then walk a distance of 0.5 km to Muzium Negara.

Pedestrian path is available from KL Sentral to Muzium Negara. Follow the signboards.
