Clients Charter
1. Exhibitions to create awareness and educate the public about the history, culture and natural environment of the:
i. Permanent exhibitions on an ongoing basis
ii. Special Exhibition with a minimum eight exhibitions a year
ii. Outside the exhibition with a minimum of 20 exhibitions a year.
2. Strengthening the collection management through policies that have been set
i. Results revenue collection will be completed within four months from the date of receipt of offer form
ii. Collection of the loan application is answered within 3 days
3. ready to provide expert services to institutions and individuals in need.
4. Respond to customer complaints quickly, accurately and courteously within the following:
i. Acknowledgement of receipt within one working day
ii. Initial feedback within 3 working days
5. Application for a guided tour through the museum;
ii. E-mail - answered within 1 working day
6. Application for the purchase of photographs will be supplied within 3 working days
